The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:
- Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within one business day after the order is placed, and payment is received.
- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard Post takes 3 to 5 days.
Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.

What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects that may arise during the warranty period. If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing the product, as deemed appropriate by our team.
It's important to note that the warranty time limit remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you may receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement product you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.
What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?
While we strive to provide top-notch products, it's essential to understand that our warranty policy does not cover defects caused by poor maintenance or misuse of the product. We kindly ask that you take proper care of your purchased item to ensure its longevity and performance.

I had a different sauna before I purchased this one that you sat in but your head was out. That one was great for years but this one is downright amazing. You sit in it and your whole body is inside talk about a GREAT after workout sauna experience this is it.
This is a great product. Gets very hot and causes a great deal of sweat. I am so surprised on how well this sauna works. Due to the sauna at the gym doesn’t make me sweat this much. Love it. And it’s in the privacy of my own home.
